Welcome to Splarish Luxury Chauffeured Services. By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review these terms carefully to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
1. Hourly Booking Services
- Hourly bookings are calculated as consecutive hours with a minimum booking requirement based on the selected vehicle:
- Mercedes-Maybach Sedan: Minimum of 5 consecutive hours required.
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class Sedan: Minimum of 4 consecutive hours required.
- Each booked hour includes a travel distance of 20 kilometers. If the total kilometers during the trip exceed the allowed distance, additional hours will be added to compensate for the extra distance traveled.
- Services are available within Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding cities, including Mississauga, Oakville, Aurora, Richmond Hill, King City, Brampton, and Burlington.
- Minimum Notice Requirement: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance before we can accept and confirm your booking.
2. Additional Charges
- 407 ETR Charges: Usage of the 407 ETR (Express Toll Route) will incur additional fees.
- Airport Parking Fees: Any airport parking charges will be added to the final bill.
- Non-Smoking Policy: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Any smoking in the vehicle will result in the chauffeur terminating the trip immediately and a $1,000 cleaning fee will be applied.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class Sedan: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Mercedes-Maybach Sedan: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled pickup time.
- Failure to cancel within the required timeframes will result in a charge of the full fare of the booked trip.
4. Booking Process
- By booking any service, you agree to pay for any additional hours and charges that may accrue during the trip.
- After submitting your online reservation, our office may contact you to verify your ID and billing information for the credit card holder.
- If we are unable to verify the cardholder’s information, payment must be made via email money transfer to confirm the booking.
5. Passenger and Luggage Requirements
- Ensure that the number of passengers and number of luggage pieces are accurate at the time of booking.
- If additional space is required for luggage, an extra vehicle such as a luxury SUV can be arranged at an additional charge.
- For special arrangements (e.g., airport meet-and-greet, porter services), please mention this in the booking notes section or via email. These services can be arranged for an additional fee.
6. Long-Distance Travel
- Should you require long-distance or out-of-town travel, please contact our office in advance to discuss availability and pricing for long-distance rates.
7. Payment Terms
- All fares must be paid in full using a valid credit card.
- By booking, you authorize Splarish to charge your credit card for any additional charges incurred during the trip (e.g., additional hours, 407 ETR fees, cleaning fees).
8. General Policies
- Splarish is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
